OD 16 - Kicker outboard bracket question
Jacques, I plan on putting a 1973 Mercury 40 (4hp) outboard on my OD 16 as a kicker/backup engine. Now, there is no space on the transom to mount it beside my OB (Johnson 40HP/2-stroke). The idea is to have some sort of backup, as I do want to go out farther and paddles are definetly not the backup ...

Thanks for the compliments..and btw, you won't see any brush strokes in my paint job. I used a foam roller and the paint really is quite self levelling. Thanks Hunch for the tip.
