Thanks for the info. I think I’ll though 2 to 4x8 sheet of ply on top to check for gaps and level prior to fixing the bulk heads.

Been there. I mixed a 10 oz. batch by weight that didn’t set. I switched to mixing it by volume and never had an issue again.

I just realized that both of those pics were not good. I'll take better pics of the razor blade on the front. Next time I pour I'll try to get an action shot.

Paint pour for not making a mess.
Floor scraper. It get up the epoxy perfectly. Generally I leave the dust on the floor so that the epoxy coming right up. .
