Re: Sole materials
http://gallery.bateau2.com/albums/userpics/75497/normal_Drain_Plug_005.JPG That's exactly what that was, a hull side stiffener. They used ripped down pieces of 1/2" plwood about 6' long and glassed them over with roven on both sides. The sub sole is not glued down yet. I plan on installing the...

Re: Sole materials
I don't seem to be able to pull off uploading pictures to my post's. Can anyone walk me through it or is there a spot on the site to explain it? I have however been able to cut and paste the images but it has been over riding my posted remarks.

I have a question? If your transducer has temperature capabilities will it work like this? or does it need to contact the water to be accurate?

Re: Motor Break in Question????
I believe it is in your owners manual, the recommended break in procedure. I know it was in my last new mercury (200hp) I purchased manual. It seemed like it took forever that first twenty hours.

Re: Fitz 21 CC Transom Stringer Sole R&R
Nice work. I'm new to the site and just finished following your project. I think I saw somewhere and maybe it was Shine's seacraft thread that the pigmented epoxy was okay to use where it wasn't exposed to the sun like a bilge or compartment area. It's the epoxy that we are talking about and UV expo...
