more good ideas
YD I have learned a bunch watching the build that you and Tim have going on along with Larry's running commentary and good ideas. This may be a challenge, but it will be easier because some of you have already been there and are not afraid to post a response to a problem, or to figure out an answer ...

thanks
Dave,
Thanks for the advice on trolling motor. I spent some time in your neck of the woods many years ago (Ocean City area) and really enjoyed seeing the beach and doing some back bay fishing, hope that you get the chance to enjoy it as much as I did.

front deck
Thanks for the input on the deck, it will stay as per plan. I look forward to seeing the end product Tim. Larry, if you can cast a net off of it, I should be able to try and catch a bass off of it. Thanks again !

foot controlled trolling motor on a GF-16
Has anyone tried to mount a foot controlled trolling motor on a GF-16. Any ideas on how to build the area for the mount to fit on. I know that it would have to be level with the top of the bow to work properly. Would this mean that I could have to extend the front deck and build the mount crossways ...

I hope that mine does this well.
I have been following your build and the resultant strings on the message boards between you and Larry. I see many great ideas and hope to use some of them in my build that will start in the next few weeks. I am going over the plans and seeing what is possible and impossible. Did you extend the fron...

missing sheet from plan packet
Joel, I am missing the sheet labeled B221_c Typical Small Boat Electrical from the packet I received several days ago. Sale date was 3/22/2006 of a GF16. I realize that I will not need these for several days (weeks) :) . There is a boat business in my area that is moving and is having an auction of ...
