Larry, the umbrella is made by a company called Taylor Made. The quality is great. In the pic, my shade is lowered way down. The pole height telescopes.

Nice picture Richard
Question? Where did you get that umbrella? I would like one with the tie downs for my pontoon boat.
Let me know if you get time,
Thanks, Larry B

Re: “The Beast”
Richard,
Use Linear Actuators, you could actually eliminate the rubber locks because the actuators would keep the lid tight , They wouldn't take up much more room than the gas shocks.
Just a thought

Re: kiwigrip getting hard in the can
I haven't had any Kiwi Grip rust, but I have had SilverTip Yacht Primer rust from the inside out. Took quite a few years but it did happen. I've had partial cans of Kiwi Grip that I've opened and closed with less than 1/8 can that I'm still using going on 10 years. I think the Primer took over 5-6 y...

Re: OD18 in Arizona..SPLASHED..
Personally, I would think you would be a fool to sell that boat for 12k. Just compare it to a Whaler Montauk cc in good condition. Those are all around 15-20k and some cosmetics even at that. I realize the cult following, but the boat you built is pretty sharp looking. Value proposition. Unless it ...

Re: Need input for selling price of OD18
Thanks guys, I really appreciate the input. Capeman, I did think about just giving it to my grandsons but thats iffy if they would really appreciate it??? As far as using it more, the problem is I have a 24' pontoon boat that my wife really likes and seems that is what is getting used these days. I'...
