Re: Steve's FS18
A good idea would be to draw out your wiring in diagram style so years from now if something starts acting up you don't have to remember what went where. Little foot notes with brand and type of switches, fuses, terminal blocks and on and on. If you note everything from wire size to connectors then...

Re: Steve's FS18
Tom,
I ended up using the blue sea fuse panel too. Thanks for the info on the labeler. I'll check it out. I'm definitely going to try and do a neat job of wiring. I could sling some wires together and call it good enough like I've seen done plenty of times but I want it right.
More to come

Bump
Does anyone have any other videos of the FS18?
Jacques,
I promise I'll post some videos of mine when I finish it.

Re: Steve's FS18
Hey Tom, Sorry, I just saw your post. If I would have seen it I would have come on down this week to check out your build. I guess I need to turn on post notifications for my build. I've gotten a lot done the last two weeks even though to look at it doesn't show much progress. That's a tough time to...

Re: Part A of foam hardened in the jug
Hey folks. Just to follow-up. I sanded it down to shape about 4 hours after I poured it. May have been too soon. I know, I was in a hurry though. I left it overnight and did notice it fell some the next day but ended up leaving it for the project. It did shrink some but think it will be fine. I knew...

Re: Part A of foam hardened in the jug
Putting part b in part a? Had to chuckle at that. High moisture and my foam states it is only good for 6 months after opening. Oxygen in the air and moisture. High moisture is very possible here.... My jugs don't say anything about an expiration date. I ended up sticking a big paint stirrer t...

Part A of foam hardened in the jug
Has anyone experienced this issue? I had about a third of a gallon of part a harden up in the jug and it's only a year old. What could have caused this?

Re: LM18 Madison Wi Building questions
Cbuf, Go buy one of these from walmart for cutting your fiberglass. It's perfect and doesn't pull like scissors will from time to time. I kept a small 2x4 to cut against. Just lay the fiberglass on top and cut it with this cutter. I used it to split my long 12oz and it cuts through the tape like but...
