AA is this something I can buy over the counter?

This wood was cut and has been air drying since December/Jan. Once it is fully dried in, I will spray chlorine on all of the interior to "clean" the wood. (It fades a little, so I want it new looking) then I bought a pesticide to spray on the wood for beetles, termites etc.
