Do those tanks swell at all. I know that my 18 gallon tank swelled so much one summer that it got wedged under the stern seat and I had a heck of a job getting it out. Could that swell and push up on the sole, just wondering??

That is a pretty small boat and would be easy to flip over, put in some forms and pour with the hull upside down.. or maybe not. glass first then stringers and then 12oz biax tape (2 layers staggered) on each side of each stringer. Should be pretty rugged. If you want to add frames (thwarts) they need to be taped in too. Squegee the heck out of it if you are doing it that way or the cloth will "float". I would wait and add the thickened epoxy on top where it belongs.
