Re: deleting photos

Hi,

It's my first time uploading photos and I accidentally uploaded twice. I can't see an option for self deletion yet. Tech support: Please feel free to eliminate JoshuaAhab's Nanni engine duplicates. Or do I need to send you the links? Thanks for your help.

ST21 Pics of a freshly delivered Nanni N3.21

Hi All, I hope those who are interested might indulge me. After almost nine months it finally happened. Last Friday a stork dropped off a pretty, little blue bundle from France. Here's the pics. Re: ST 21 engine water intake

You might be thinking of me Jacques. Fernstrum, Nanni and my dealer are still hashing that one out. Apologies if I'm butting in Glossie. :D By the way, your ST21 build looks great.

ST21 Hydrodynamics

Hi Jacques, This topic is started as much out of curiosity as practicality. On the manufacturer's selection charts used to determine the appropriate steering mechanism for the ST21 three general options are given: displacement, semi-displacement and planing. Which one is it? The hydrodynamics of the...

Re: River Belle - Atkins design

Hi Jacques,

The plans were sent yesterday. In theory they're slated to arrive sometime next week. Drop me a line on this thread to let me know when you receive them if you would please.

Re: River Belle - Atkins design

Go ahead and start if you wish Jacques. I think it's easier in the long haul if I send you the plans. As you said, it's easier to discuss specifics if we're literally on the same page. It's just going to take a little bit of time to get them in the mail.

OK then, out to the snowdrifts...

Re: River Belle - Atkins design

Hi Jacques, I thought I better chime in here. I'm the one sending plans and money. At least I think you need copies of the plan. If you don't need the plans I can send the money out tomorrow. Otherwise I have to wait until I can get to a large copier. That might take a while . As I type this I'm in ...

Re: ST 21 Noosa Australia

How's progress on your build? Hi Glossie, Nothing but hot air recently. I'm still waiting for my Nanni. Made a little headway with the keel cooler though. Dale Gusick from Fernstrum was at a marine trade show in New Brunswick (a province that neighbor's Nova Scotia where I live) and bumped into two...

Re: River Belle - Atkins design

Yeah I can understand that. The cabin styling discussion I mentioned was more of a "What can I change without harming the structural integrity of the vessel?" issue.

This is so far in the future I'm not sure what I want for cabin/cockpit layout at this point anyway.

Re: River Belle - Atkins design

Looking at the body plans view now. To my amateur eye none of the stations appear to have tumblehome. When you receive the plans I wouldn't mind discussing cabin styling too. Atkin's cabin is very utilitarian and equally unaesthetic; sort of like a shipping container with windows. Captain AB's cabin...
