Seems like that would be a two to one mix by weight, not volume I don't recall what the mix by weight ratio is though.

Wood flour and epoxy works fine for filling holes before re-drilling them.

I don't think it's too much to ask. My dream has been that when mixed, the resin is some specific, clearly identifying color to prove you got the mix right. That too much?

Been a while since I've done it. Mostly I think I ended up with short napped paint roller. Truth is nothing worked all that well for me as I was so often troubled with of little "nibs". The more the resin and graphite are mixed the better. In the end it works out--just get several coats on...

I'm in Barras' boat---got no clue but watch each post figuring it'll come clear as it develops. Very fun thread.

I'm no painter and look for easy app, longevity, and possibility of touch up. Have used EMC twice and loved it.
