I work in 55-60f all the time. It is inside and temps are steady. I use fast 90% of the time with no problems. Sometimes I will use slow and find it fully set and can be sanded by the next morning. If working outdoors with temp swings it might take longer for the epoxy to set up.

Dang that is fast! Does it track good or tend to get a little touchy at that speed?

I too am a fan of the Suzuki motors. If buying a new outboard it must have EFI. They start and run so much better. There is nothing like just toughing the key and having a running motor so quite you have to check to see if it is running. The mileage at idle and midrange will be much better. I am not...

A few years ago I ordered some UHMW online and the price was not too bad. I think it would make good runners for dragging over rough ground. Sorry I do not remember where I got it but even shipping to Alaska did not make the price too bad.

If you are going to get caught in 5-6 foot waves do as Lee says and put a wave breaker on it or a full cabin. Forget the bow fishing platform. The last thing you want is an open bow if it gets lumpy.
