You mean on the stanchion itself? If so, when I've used set screws, the part either has a dimple or instructions to make a dimple. I've used machinist marking paint/grease on the end of the set screw to mark where the dimple goes and then use a punch to make the dimple. Thank you Eric. Much .. Loc-...

As soon as I'm settled I'll be getting an order ready for some epoxy. I got ride of the last little bit as I didn't trust it. Start with some fresh epoxy to kickstart the build.

When I bought the downloadable sets of plans they had the plans in both imperial and metric. Did you get the hardcopy or the downloadable one?

Just curious if JM's recommendations are being captured from the forum and added to the plans or tutorials?
