there are multiple factors for wood movement, moisture, species, tensions in the plywood from factory, glass on one side or both, etc. The reality is that no one wants to spend the extensive testing to prove their theories, so you see many opinions, and then their are supply challenges where you don...

If this can save to the Files app, then it is good to go. As far as cloud backup goes as it will sync whenever your phone next has a chance.

I think its a cool idea, I have testflight if you need a betatester.

what i thought was interesting about the report is you can actually test to see if the surface is correcy roughed up or has some other issue. water drop on the surface should be flat, not beaded up. I’m going to do some water tests once I get back to boat building after the holidays.

Yes that’s very interesting point. I hope maybe in the interest of helping people out he will post more close up pictures. If the tape couldn’t take the force it would have ripped vs coming off in one piece. so does seem to indicate it was secondary bond failure. And that is relevant to this discuss...
