that's what I would do. Quickly before the epoxy you have put on cures much more. It is no longer Tacky! It was applied about 10 hours ago. That looks great crasea, your doing a great job on your rebuild. Im sure it will be a better/stronger boat by the time you finish it. Cant wait to see.

Thanks TomW. I checked my wood this morning and it looks great, the Epoxy took well, it is nice and smooth. There were a few burs on the surface, I guess some dust or bugs got on there while it was drying. OH, since it is now mostly dried, and I havent Glued the Two pieces together. Do I need to do ...

Ok, so I risked Life and Limb and was able to Epoxy Coat both pieces of the Transom today. thx chrisobee, that is the answer I was looking for. I just did a test batch of Epoxy Fillet(Peanut Butter Consisicety) OH BOY it that hard to mix. Anyone have any Tricks?

I know cesera mentioned using a Paint Paddle for the Epoxy itself, but the Fillet is way think and hard to stir.........

Ok, Today I am planning on Epoxing the Transom and then Glueing it together. Do I need to wait a Day or so for the Epoxy to completely Cure before I put on the Glue and Bond the two pieces?
