Non skid on top deck next. Then varnish the rub rails. Then motor and wiring.
I did find a motor but it doesn't come in until late September.

Console box with early thoughts on layout.

Cockpit painted and non skid down. I used Softsand and AlexSeal paint. I ended up putting three coats of paint after laying down the Softsand. It looks and feels pretty good.
Next the deck which will be white.
