If all you are doing is the bow and stern on an HC14, I would go as small as I could order. Put a heater in the compartment and get parts a & b to 90 -95°. That will get you the max expansion.

Slowly, but still progressing. Hope to have inside finished this weekend and then flip and paint outside and do some bright work. Outside 98% faired so shouldn't be much longer now that kids sports over for awhile

It's almost too late to start a build thread, but I think you've gone beyond the "plan questions" stage. You're coming along, looks nice.

You're right peewee, I should have done a build thread. I really wasn't thinking and just started moving along.. Oh well, hopefully next time I will know bettér and put the build in a separate thread. Thanks for the comments
