Can't stop, won't stop. I probably need to slow down a little because I bumped one of my hatch lids that was still drying and I'll have to go back and touch it up. The good news is the kiwigrip went on well. I spread the kiwigrip on with a brush and Ben went behind me and rolled. It took a little work to get the texture where we wanted but I am happy with the results. I'm running out of days until company arrives for Christmas but I think I can have her finished this weekend.

Thank you. There are plenty of layers of paint on her. I don't think I would be a very profitable boat builder!!

Still making progress. The hatches are painted and the bow eye and lights are installed. I am hoping to flip it tomorrow night and start the graphite epoxy bottom. Once that's done I'll paint the rub rail, install all the hatches and wire up the switch plate. Should be ready for the motor this weekend.

That is a beautiful and well done boat! Love the bow picture! Only thing that would make a better shot is it on the water!

Thanks for all the great feedback. I'm ready to get her in the water and have some fun. We got the 1st coat of the graphite epoxy on. I calculated out 6oz but was about an oz. sort so I had to mix a small 2oz batch. It looks pretty consistent with the the first batch but it's a lot easier to mix a larger amount. My plan is to get one more coat on in the morning and a final coat tomorrow night.
