Actually, it was never finished. Just got it started back over the wknd. Bmack03, Can you post some pictures of yours?
We removed the bow rails, cleaned up the old console and got the wood for the sole pretty close for an initial dry fit. See pics of the wood, will send others later.
Next steps are to re-piece in the stringers that were cut for the transom re-build, fill with foam, glass over and place the tanks, glass them in. Can anyone suggest a supplies list with amounts for this part of the project?

Calculate the weight of the glass and the epoxy needs will be about 115% by weight.
So, 50 pounds of glass is 50 pounds epoxy at 100% or 58 pounds at 115% or about 6 gallons of epoxy.
Call Jeff at BBC to order the epoxy. The glass is another conversation altogether..
