Stringer Replacement

Post by Bikerman »

I have to replace the stringers on my 1985 Supra. I have been researching this and have read about Penski or Cousa board. If I were to use either one of those, do I have to fiberglass those just like I would with treated wood? If yes, why.

Yes, you have to glass coosa or Penske board, and NO, never glass treated wood, it will delaminate.
