Well done it really looks good. I particularly like what you did with the front raised deck and also the short time it took you to build...it took me 2.5 years. The transom mods also make it look unique. I am still working on my speed trials and have found that my tacho is reading incorrectly but still managed to get 35 knt out of mine ...although for me 25 was a lot more comfortable and quiet.
Can you let us know what size prop you are running at the moment.

Great job! The boat looks great and the photos really show off how HUGE this boat is.

I like the modified transom. It looks like you retained all of the original design's strength by not cutting it down any lower. Looks like a good compromise for her.
