Looking great Will Not meaning to be a creeper but I will be in Broken Arrow from June 6th through the 10th. My sister Julie is getting married at the Rhema Church on the 8th. I would like to pop in and check out your boat if that ok? Let me know, I might need a break from the girly wedding stuff

Re: OB17 Build in Oklahoma
Boat is to be inspected either tomorrow or Monday. The guy coming out seems to be pretty reasonable, just wants to make sure that it is a home made boat. Said if I have pictures documenting the build it will only take him as long as it takes to fill out the paper work!!
Should have her on the water next week!!

She's a beauty. Make sure you are ready to help that inspector out after their jaw drops to the floor

Dang, that's, uh, wait, let me check my math, ....If he works full time, 8 hour days, he puts in about 260 days a year. That means he inspects 6.538 boats in every 8 hour shift I didn't know OK even had that many boats, or boat buildershe has been doing this for 15 years and inspects about 1700 boats a year.
We knew that partSaid mine is in the top 3 of all boats he has ever inspected!!! Thanks Jacques!! I'm a very happy camper now!!!

Re: OB17 Build in Oklahoma
He said he was inspecting 4 more today, its 4pm now!! There are only two guys in the state that inspect boats for HIN's, a lot of the boats are pond boats or boats that were built by someone's grandfather that were never registered. He said that they inspected 40 boats last year that were stolen and trying to be passed off as homemade. Most of the boats that get inspected are crap....not even fit for the wood pile...Cracker Larry wrote:
