What I did on my last boat and am doing on my PH18 is 80# 24V fed by 2 group 27's. You can buy a trick little box from MinnKota that will steal power from the charging system once the starting battery is fully charged and it will divert some charge to the 2 deep cycle batteries while running.
I have a dedicated starting battery, then a stand alone group 24 deep cycle that all 12V accessories run off. On my Evinride there is an auxillary charge line which I use to charge this battery. This way:
1/ I always have a fresh battery to start the boat
2/ When fishing and using all kinds of electronics I am only draining the dedicated Aux 12V battery
3/ When running all 4 batteries get charged
Hope this helps, nice Phantom !!
