Thank you Walkers Run for the tip on raising the sole that's something I probably need to do because I'm thinking of putting twin 150's on it . Since you did raise your sole would you recommend me adding 2.5 to my frames or just use taller cleats under the sole . Thanks again.

Finally added the outriggers





I used plywood in that part of the hard top when I built it.

Marshall, sorry I just saw this post.
I made a template for my hatches and cut them out with a router.

I used the cut out as the hatch. I used foam to build the thickness and add insulation

I routed out the edge and used a round neoprene gasket as a seal.
