The key to getting any tool purchase through SWMBO is to tie the purchase into a Honey Do.
I can make that XXXX for you, but to do it right, I need to get a new YYYY.
XXXX = Project
YYYY = Tool
Works for me 99% of the time.
I sure hope she doesn't read this forum.

I wish I could tie it into a honey-do... But my wife stays home with the 5 kids, home schools, etc while I do the work. So she has nothing to do with the store!

Got the stringers all glassed in
Santa came early this year.
I almost hate to cover that beautiful aluminum with coal tar epoxy. Once the sole is in I'll need a chain saw to get to them again so I wan't to make sure I don't need to.

Re: CS 25 Stuart FL
I haven't posted an up date in a while. Progress has been slow but steady.
All the frames tacked in place
Everything taped with biax. It really didn't hit me until I started taping just how much glass Is under the sole of this boat.
Cole tar epoxy on the tanks. Hardest part of that job was to get all the solids stirred into solution. Thick stuff!
Spent a whole day fairing areas under the sole that won't get seen very often.
More pictures later

I need another ForkLift. She just rolled her eyes and shook her head.

Re: CS 25 Stuart FL
I got the tanks foamed in place
And coal tar epoxy on the top. I completely covered the top edge of the foam with CT epoxy I'm not sure if I will put a layer of glass over it like Joel did on his Aqua sport. Any thoughts??
I also had the chance to play with my new router last week
Aft bulkhead spot glued in ready for tape
