All the windows in the cabin are tempered glass. I think 1/4".

The other lites are polycarbonate; typ 3/8".

We are almost hitting 20F; so not tons of outside work. Mostly cabin and inside work now in the deep freeze here. My electric bill last month was $400. Beats renting a place tho.

I can make you feel a little better about the electric bill. Last month my electric was $497.97, diesel was $455 and gas was $130. Pretty sure I could make house payments down south on what my energy costs are

You could. And you’d be 500’ from a boat ramp. A bit rural but nice.

It’s a bit pricier if you want to be irritated by neighbors.
My already completed 'Lil Bit'. A Martens Goosen V12 set up to sail me to the fishing holes.
Currently working on making a Helms 24 our coastal cruiser.

Well about a week since last post.

Today, I sanded the last pieces of glass tapes going in the cabin. Yes. I am itchy.

I glued on some pieces of cleating.

Vacuumed the entire boat of glass dirt.

Got an epidrmural in my back today.

Some boring cabin pics. Gonna turn it white.
