A second project. I will make a cabosil filler and attempt to pre-radius this thing before taping over it with woven tape.

What did you use to create the solid edge? Is that molded epoxy/cabosil mix or an off the shelf product?
Piece of glassed extra core I had in my reject pile.

So, busy day.

I got the hatch hinge fills done.

Fixed a hydraulic hose on a mower.

And these..

Cabosil, 6 oz glass and peelply on the beam locker honeycomb bottom

Pic out of order, this was pulling some cabosil to make it round before glassing.

Setting bog in the hinge cutouts with cold temp epoxy.

6 oz glass on the locker end panel insides

Aft beam locker coosa 20# density lid got 6 oz glass

Wasted quite a bit of bog. I hate to, but it happens now n then if I try to get a lot done. This was not the cold weather stuff.

This is the back side and no need for any wrap and the glass is 6 oz, so not much gained pulling out resins.

I was wondering what you are doing with a camper in your build tent then I realized it is the cabin. That is a big boat.

Ply vertical. Beefy, heavy, but spanning and supporting a lot of weight. Needs one more tabbing/reinforcement month of May!
