Yes and No.

I am alive, but I have had some distractions and some health problems.

My back is really horrible. I am talking with a doctor tomorrow.

Despite my back troubles, I took a trip last Thirsday to Voyageurs National Park with my boat and was going to run some net for whitefish.

5.5 hours one way. Got there and the telltale showed no water and must have had a frozen line. Drove home. Put a new impeller and decided to go back up last Monday. So I was on a 5 day fishing trip; despite the back. During the trip, I actually had very little back pain. I got 39 fish.

Today I smoked 7 of them.

But everytime I tried to do much of anything; my upper back cramps badly. I have to stop moving when it does. The entire matter gets ridiculous. Walked to get the garbage can on the street Saturday and stopped with pain and someone driving by backed up and asked me if I was okay.

Anyhow, I had a nice time sitting in the boat and setting nets; very little pain on the trip. Endorphines?

Tomorrow; I am going to start back up on Skoota. Plan is to get some windows installed. Also, might try to get the cleats for the helm station tabbed in.. I will see how I am feeling during the day.

Temperatures here were heavenly. Today was 70s, tomorrows high is 68. Tuesdays high is 35F. :(ECA3819F-4165-47D8-9CC5-59F59717980F.jpegFD103720-8688-42DA-9051-C4BFA9FE6511.jpeg010BE3CD-011B-4E70-AD2D-6E13D20E6FC5.jpeg
Sorry to hear about your health problems.

Looks like you had a good holiday from boat work. All that fish is making me hungry.

Today is the last day of nice weather and I am doing a hot tub repair of a 16 year old tub. Back is still angry, but I am plugging along.

Update. Wife helped me from like 5-6:30 pm wrap the hottub repair up. Rain ws turning to snow.

Doctor says I need to get back to therapy. Sort of dropped off to Covid.

Anyhow, another day no boat work. Make me kind of sad, but thems the breaks. If I didn't fix the friggin hot tub; it'd freeze like a stone tomorrow night. Then I'd have to pay 400 to get it hauled away and Mrs. Fall wouldn't have the tub to enjoy now n then.

Was $313 for new pump. Big pita to get working.

There are a number of “issues with mobile” that will be resolved with tonight’s maintenance. I’m hoping this is one of them.
My already completed 'Lil Bit'. A Martens Goosen V12 set up to sail me to the fishing holes.
Currently working on making a Helms 24 our coastal cruiser.

Any chance you could tab back to the main page? I just like to be able to jump to the store now n then and it is sort of Jeff's business.

I just figured out a way. Go to the root of the menu. I tried to find a tab today is all.
