Hi Peter,

Thank you for your comments. Just for my uderstanding, let me know if I am missing something.

I have create a picture with some colorful lines, please check the blog and based on the comments below let me know what I am missing.

I am having problems to place the picture here.

The Blue lines means the posts, they have the same height.

The Green lines means the BL.

The Red line is a imaginary line from the Transon to Frame F.

This imaginary line cross all green lines (BL) since the posts(blues) are the same height.

Is it wrong? I get concern now when you said about the level.

The building jig or or strongback frame needs to be level, the tops of the bulkheads or frames will be where there supposed to be if you set up the strongback coretectly which it looks like you did. The fact that you put casters on it is questionable at this stage as you want the strongback to remain level and fixed while you get the glass work done. Then after that being able to move it around will be a huge asset. Maybe you could block it in place for now so it won’t move. Also try not to let to much sun get to the epoxy, it has no UV protection on it’s own and will deteriate fairly quickly.

The only thing I did different from yours is the transonm frame is left out untill I flip the boat as called on the plans but this has nothing to do with the step your on.

Keep us posted on your progress. I’m in Mystic, CT this week so you can catch up with my progress while I’m away but when I get back it’s full speed ahead to get the boat finished.

How are you?

Thank you for your comments. I will try keep it inside my garage for the fiberglass. I do not have much space over there, so I was planning bring it outside. I will try organize my space into the garage and block the casters.

I keep the posts (blue) at the level,
The BL in each frame (green), top (yellow) and imaginary BL (red)

I tried to keep all these at the right level.

I will order the fiberglass tomorrow and I hope get all this on time to work next weekend take advantage of the holiday.

Can you put up a temp carport or tarp to keep it out of the sun?

First off all excuse me for the late reply, I forgot I posted that post
What I meant you can see in the pic below, probable it is as sngatlanta said because of the casters and was it inside level and when you took it out it became off level, because I can't imagine that that garage is off level
So no big problem, sorry I made you worry.

I reworked my garage I think it will be ok for fiberglass.
