Added pics to my last post. Still waiting for it to warm up - should be above freezing somtime in April...
Will be working on an HC12 over the holidays. Atleast I can do that one in a heated space at my Dad's. I will post pics in a seperate thread after its done.
Until then, Merry Christmas!

Thanks Joe! I have been following your build also, and it looks great. With a heated work space, boatbuilding would be a great way to fill the winter months up here. I may be shopping for heaters in January.

GF12X-LS (Low Sheer) Splashed
It has been since Dec. 09 since my last post. No complaints - just been taking care of priorities, raising two kids, a third on the way; not to mention work, vacations, fishing trips, hunting trips, etc., and my nesting HC-12 project posted on my other thread.
The kids have been asking about a boat trip all spring, so it was time to accept the workboat finish, put on some paint, and splash it. Father's day was my goal. I didn't have time to register it, but that didn't keep us from using some oars for a relaxing afternoon. Attached are some shots:
Port View:
Starboard/Transom View:
Top View:
Easily slides into truck bed:
Come on Dad, Let's GO!
Family fun with SWMBO and 2-1/2 kids:
Keeping an eye on the waves...
Happy Father's Day smiles...
A very Happy Father's Day splash!
General notes:
Graphite on the Bottom
Bluewater Alkyd Enamel in Camo Olive on the exterior (helps hide imperfections)
Rustoleum Marine Alkyd Enamel in Oyster White on the interior
Non-skid mixed in with the paint for the floor

Thanks S&F!
I'm not sure why the other pics are small, but they can be seen in my gallery:
