Re: FS14_LS - CSotelo - Brazil
Thanks guys!
I flipped the boat, masked, did some fairing and primed the decks.
After my experience with this paint, I don´t think will be a good idea mix silica or anti-skid additive on it.
I´m testing a rubberized paint used in car´s underbody and metallic roofs. It makes a good texture, don´t slip when wet, easy to wash.
Not to strong, I can dent it with a screw driver, but not with my shoes. It can be repaired with no special preparation, just wash, dry and paint.
I´m considering paint with white Perfection PU and use white rubber paint in anti-skid areas direct over primer, and the black on rub rails.
What you guys think?

I think that gray paint will work out well. Just enough texture and not too much.

It will also keep the sun from reflecting back and blinding you.

The first board has 3 coats of white, looks gray in the shades. The others has 4 or 5 coats
I can mix some black in it to make it gray, it accepts water based tints.
Thanks for the hints!
