Moving along quite smartly in so little breeze and with makeshift sail and spars! How cool. What a satisfying moment that is!

Yesterday was a perfect day for sailing. Air temps in the 80s, sunny skies, and a solid breeze around 10kts all afternoon. I took the V-10 (still with the temporary sailing rig) out for a sail. I was regularly sailing at 3kts and saw a top speed of 4.7kts (GPS measured). Bone dry after about 4 hours of sailing. My wife came out with the dinghy to find me and take a few pictures:
