There are pictures of the low sheer version on the study plans page but if you want, you can cut the sheer even lower, at the level of the decks. It is easy to do.
You can also make the decks and copy any size you want.

Jeff, that was an answer to the OP's original question. These seem to me to be good contenders in the "between FS14LS and FS17"-sized fishing boat. At least, that's the way I see them. (OB18 is near the top on my short list)
