I finished rough cutting and fitting the floor panels in the xf20 this afternoon. Still have some fine tuning on the cutouts around the ribs and a strip up front left to finish... Pics are from my phone as my camera still is finicky about being able to upload.

I cant give enough praise to the guys at B.B.C. and their super fast delivery. I was short a little epoxy and made an order weds after work, the package was at my front door when i got home the next afternoon. :D

This lead to the floor getting glued in today, I'll finish filiting and tabbing everything in tomorrow and finish laminating the floor if everything goes as planned. I'll get some pics and video tomorrow...

I got the floor sanded out and cleaned up , I was only able to get half of it laminated. It was too much for me to do it all at once solo. I'm running low on wood flour so i figured this was a good stopping point... everything got tabbed in with strips of leftover 1708 then covered in 10oz cloth...

Given its purpose on the Chassahowitzka and the fishing there, who cares about purdy! That is the perfect boat for there.

I here ya on the tired of sanding front. Every time I start sanding any project, I get in a kind of zen mode after an hour or so, which turns into something like being water boarded after the second day... The worst part is no matter how much I do it, I have never, not once, been totally happy with the results at the end. "If I had just made two more passes..." "Why didn't I go down to wet sanding with 800 grit?" ....crap like that. She will look awesome with the paint.
