On this XF20 got all the wood cut for hull bottom, front and rear transom and tunnel box. I know the BOM covers the hull itself. Estimate how many sheets of 3/8 will I need for Bulk heads?

You can do it with two sheets. I take it you are going with sold bulkheads and not pieced together frames?

Yes correct, solid piece bulkheads. I want to do a raised the decks like the plan calls for but then do the floor
In center of boat like the pictures of the boat Foster did a long time ago.
