Yes fuzz, it's a good thing.

Someone building something flat like a GF or OD could literally fair the whole boat within an hour. Put a round of QF and then do a 2nd round of fairing and be done.

Now paint it glossy black so we can see how that 5-minute fairing went. LoL

Just trying to help you guys out.. I've never built a boat or used this in the past.

Capefisherman I'll be glad to show you what they turn out like.

Heres another video of it in action a couple years ago..

I don't need to hear about using PPE. I was demonstrating this and was going to talk.

Dang fishgitr that does look smooth. Go for it and show us the finished coat. I am sure it will be perfect. You going to use Graphite?

Those results speak for themselves. Nice work!
There are only two seasons in Vermont: boating season, and boat-building season.

Completed Paul Butler 14' Clark Fork Drifter
Completed Jacques Mertens FS14LS + 10%, Build Thread
Started Iain Oughtred Tammie Norrie

Looks pretty slick, does it only work on flat surfaces or does it work around curves if you are careful? Not knowing I would be scared of creating flat spots?
