XF20 tunnel 3” radius fillet
I’m thinking I need to do this in two passes, possibly with say a 4” pipe quartered first? That’s a lot of wood flour.
I’m planning on wrapping 12oz biax tape around a 6” pipe with epoxy to make a tube, quartering it and setting the 1/4 glass tube in the wood flour.

It would be better if you could use PVC pipe the walls are thinner. But yes you will be using a lot of wood flour/epoxy.

NO!
Good way to start a fire.
A 3" radius filled is 1.25" of thickened material at the deep spot and can catch fire.

I generally never like more than 1/2" thick fillets, so make a one inch radius fillet then a two inch, then a 3". You can work on green epoxy if you are careful with the cleanups. Then about 2 hours between fills so they don't get super hot..
The inch one can be done with a big washer.
The two inch can be anything close..etc.
two passes would be allowable as well I suppose

Well this is two layers from today. A total of 12 oz of epoxy with 2 cups of wood flour. It’s up to an 1 3/4” radius. About halfway there. I’ll just be patient and go wet on green until I get to the 3” radius.
Just have to keep it clean.

Another 33oz of epoxy and right at 1# of wood flour total. I laid in a piece of 12 oz biax tape and finished the fillet with quartered 4” pipe for a two in radius. One more to go. I’ll hit it while it’s still green tomorrow.

Another 32oz of epoxy and a 1/2# of wood flour. One side is complete at a 3” radius. I laid a layer of 12 oz biax tape. The other side was built up about another 1/2”. I’ll finish it out tomorrow morning.

I’m going to jack up from below, glue and tab the tunnel into place tomorrow.
