I've reviewed Hirams and the Sportsman and Boca. If we are taking a vote, mine would be for the Sportsman or Boca. Shella and I will probably come for our vacation this year. Sebastian would really let all of us check out Jacques and Joels Bateau warehouse facilities. I will go along with the "majority". John

A Holiday Inn, oceanfront. I've stayed there too  No docks, lots of party.

Sorry to hear that, why not come without a boat and take a plane?

I like your build btw 8)
Thanks Peter!! I would love to fly down there but I only get vacation time once during the summer and I take it with my children. My boat will be finished by then and we will be headed for two weeks of saltwater bliss off of the coast of Mississippi. Snapper season should open on June 1st and we plan on limiting out every day we can.

I vote for the Sportsman. Sounds like a good place we can hang out, all can stay and ogle each other boats 8O ... And close enough to the party if one wants to. If we choose another location the main thing for me is that we keep the same dates. I've already made plans for the following week with the family in Cape San Blas based on these dates.

The Sportsman place reminds me of the Innlet at Boca :)
I think I'm in for this meet if I can make the date work with a wedding I have to attend.

Edit: Isn't there anything directly in Vero beach?
no, nothing like that, only water front homes and some parks. No places for a group of people stay with boats. Plus there is not a close inlet. Ft. Pierce is the next inlet south of sebastian. But if you want dining, then you can come down to Vero one night for a fine meal. We have some pretty nice places.

Not yet

My sister who lives in Tulsa is getting on June 8th. I'm pretty sure I will be back by the following weekend but I haven't seen what all the ladies have planned for me yet

I'm in for the Sportsmans place also. I'll plan on staying there and hanging out at Hirams for an evening (or two). I'd rather boat up to the party and leave when I choose. Sportsman's also looks like a good place for the dinner/cookout.
