I won’t win any handwriting or art awards, usually use auto cad. Not at work, lol.
Here it is. Even if you don’t do the door, the header and jamb is money.
Would be happy to mill and size the jambs and door styles and rails for the shipping.
Basically would be like putting together a knock down door jamb.

Re: Door material?
I like it. One small hiccup is I glassed above the doortop so it would never break, so we are fatter than 3/4 up there...gotta see how much. It just means the top groove
Might be wider.
I haven't done a ton of mortise and tenon. I even have a jig to do it here.
I got a ton of hardwood here.
I'll give it a go.
Thanks a bunch!
If I crash and burn, I'll pay you to do it!

How deep do you plough for the 1/4" panel? I'd guess half an inch, but maybe you go 3/4"?
I have all the stuff to do it here. Kinda want to try. Many thanks.

Re: Door material?
Your welcome. I’d make the plough for the door panel 3/4“ deep. The mortice is also 3/4 deep. Basically, 3 passes through your table saw with the door stiles on edge creates both the mortice and plough for the panel. The tenon can also be made easily on the table saw, the length of the tenon will be about 1/32” less than the depth of the mortice. I’ll have to snap a pic or two to show you how I do the tenon on the saw. Oh yeah, be sure to plough the top and bottom rails while you are doing the stiles so they match perfectly. Last thing, you might consider a third rail in the center of the door since it’s kinda tall. That’ll give you two panels instead of one and will look cool.

Guest bath at my house. We built the doors in our shop with the same method we’ve been talking about.

Nice work & guidance AA!!! Jeff
Re: Door material?
Use frosted glass for panel would be a real cool look - some high end boats have doors like that.

Re: Door material?
That’s nice looking lumber.
Do you have an old school radial arm saw?
The safest way to cut the tenon is on a radial arm saw.
Crank up the blade to the correct height, set a stop and make multiple passes. Flip and repeat, easy.
BTW, If you cut the tenon on the table saw, be friggen careful. It’s dangerous if you don’t have a great grasp of table saws.
Quick demo while I was drinking my morning coffee lol...

Re: Door material?
I found a router table made the tenons a bit easier. Never really succeeded making them without a table. I actually prefers the router method over the tenon jig I had for the table saw.
