Looking for a low country fish getter (not for me)

Buddy of mine wants to fish the SC low country. Not ready to build on his own. I’m already involved with my next build. The budget he’s got says used ($8k with motor And trailer). Anyone have a FS/FL/OB under 18’ that needs a home?
My already completed 'Lil Bit'. A Martens Goosen V12 set up to sail me to the fishing holes.
Currently working on making a Helms 24 our coastal cruiser.
