I would also like to ask
The bottom panel and the side panel, fit together nicely, except for the transom in front of about 50-100cm, there is a 1cm gap.
whatever i do this gap remains.
What is the maximum gap that can be filled with fillets?
should I stay that way and fill in or grind out the rest so that the gap is smaller there as well?

It looks like you're building a boat!

Your stitching is not evenly spaced. Try to keep a standard spacing except at problem areas.

Are you getting some panel contact somewhere else? Are you using pvc spacers on the inside?

Gett all of your stitches on loosely and slowly tighten them from transom forward. A little at a time and then go back and do it again!

When scaling, small errors may appear and that can be the reason for that gap. 1 cm is nothing to worry about however, has BBsig says, you stitches spacing is irregular. Give them some slcak, on all edges and try again, tightening one at a time.

There were stitches everywhere, I already took them off here.
But I don’t give up, I do it over and over and over again until it becomes perfect.
I do it on the weekends and show results.

Hi!
I reattached panels several times today.
That's the maximum I could do.
If I tightened a gap, it became a hook or hog on the outer edge of the bottom of the boat.
if I made the bottom straight, there was a slightly bigger gap in it (10-12mm).
It is only towards the stern of the ship, about 15-20 cm long.
No more trying, I fill a gap in epoxy fillet.
The bottom of the boat is now completely straight, everywhere, last 2 meters. (I have such a straight bar)

Hi!
I have two questions.
1: the biaxial wide fabric does not cover keel over 15cm as the designs write, only 10cm. turn plus 211gr 2/2 glass across the board, it covers over keel about 15-20cm. I hope this is not a problem



2: Boat bottom length very good straight. However, crosswise due to the many layers there is a 2-3mm gap between keel and chine. It has a transom forward of about 220cm, right and left the same. This is a problem? Should I let it go or do I have to top it up? I don't want to use epoxy putty, I need too much here.
Possibly 1-2 layers of biax could fill up quite well. What are your opinions?

Personally I would fill the lows with glass and not fairing putty. If you are going to add material it might as well give more strength also. About the overlap I think that is a question for the designer.

I worked a little on the boat today.
I took some pictures. Maybe it's not that bad.
if i put up a slat crossed between ship keel and chine, there is a 2-3mm gap.
Keel and chine biaxial tape between perfectly straight.
Between Keel and chine biax tape is also quite good.
I’ve seen some builders who straighten out a bit of chine.
it now accidentally looks similar.
What in your opinion do I fill in the gap and do it completely straight, or can it stay so small with an adjustment and it will work well?

It looks to me that what you are referring to as a “gap” is caused by the overlap of the fiberglass layers on the Keel. When you fair the bottom of the hull those highs and lows will be reduced and your “gap” is likely to disappear.

Also, when you flip the boat, the weight of the hull panels and the effect of gravity may cause those panels to slightly flex as well. Once you fiberglass the interior and permanently install the stringers and frames/bulkheads the hull will become much stiffer. At the point in the process where you are those bottom panels are still pretty flexible.

Browndog is correct and that "gap" does not have any bad consequences. Some boats are designed to have a very slight concave hull in station view.
