Panga 22/25

I am sure this has been asked but I can't seem to find it in a search. Has anyone built a Panga with a side console? Would it be relatively easy? The boat will be a one man operation for eel pots and trout line in the Chesapeake bay. The driver needs to reach over the side from the drivers seat. He is currently using a ranger bass boat but is afraid of the big seas that can whip up around here. Also he doesn't need to go 70 MPH or pay the fuel idling the big 250 merc.
