SC15 -- trolling motor

I am very interested in the Scilly Gig (SC15). I wonder if it is feasible to use with a trolling motor? Or could it be modified for such use?

THe SC15 is a pure row boat. It is not impossible to install a trolling motor on it but I would recommend the Row13 instead.<BR>The Row13 is more stable and a larger boat: the SC15 is a long and fast boat but not a big one.

From the study plans the SC-15 seems similar in size & shape to a square-stern canoe, but with a wider transom. I assume it must be more stable than a canoe(?).
