Scaling the OB19 to a 21 would present no problem for using a 150 hp motor. The transom is plenty strong enough and the hull should be fine also. Ask Jacques directly though if you need to add another layer of glass to the hull. I would go with the 150 V-Max Yammi as it only weighs 480lbs and has more umph than the standard 150, though it would be okay also. They are both only about 100lbs more than 90, so they balance the extra length nicely. Your top speed should be in upper 30's low 40's not much different than a OB19 with a 90hp.

Thanks to everyone who has replied. I've bought the OB19 and GP21 plans, so will be having a study over the coming months while I finish building my house, and then will move onto this. Will be back to tap into this trove of knowledge once I kick off. Thanks again
