Does anybody know the volume of liquid polystyrene i would require (to save me a job working it out) and also i've thourght about using sheets of polystyrene, would this do the same job?

I'm at the stage now where i need to be thinking about underfloor flotation on my garvey 15, i have the outside fibreglass and hopefullythis week get the inside done. So i'll be ready to install the floatation, my questions are....
Does anybody know the volume of liquid polystyrene i would require (to save me a job working it out) and also i've thourght about using sheets of polystyrene, would this do the same job?
