I finally looked at the video. There's a foil across the back and a doelfin on the motor too. Pretty cool, but it sure sits low in the water at rest.

If you notice he has registration numbers on it, that's what caught my eye and the video confirms it.

I can only imagine what happened when he went in to register and title it?
