I recently finished the Sharpie and want another project. I was considering the c19 with duel console or the cuddy cabin. My question is
how can you go about building a model of the hull in 1" to 1' scale
minus the interior options. Then build the 2 interiors and see which one I like better. I have searched everywhere and cant find the answer.

Cheech,
I know how this may sound,
but why couldn't you buy the plans, scale down the measurements and build a "miniature"? You've got the Sharpie plans, right? Take a look at them, and see if you could just convert all of the measurements down to the scale you want. If you could make it work for the Sharpie, you may be able to make it work for the C19. I don't know, maybe I'm all wet. It's just a thought.

Model building
Cheech,
I know that my drawings that I recieved for the PH22 are 1"=1' on everthing that is needed to create a model. If you use your plate drawing and your frames/sole drawing you could literaly use tracing paper to created templates use the templates on some balsa and build per numbers.
I was bored at work one night and created a construction paper model from the plans, (Hull only).
This subject is also covered in Samuel Devlins Boat Building Book.(Easy Read)
If your drawings are scaled it should be pretty easy to create a model. The drawings that I recieved were scaled so I assume that yours will be too. Maybe this is a ? for Jaques for your boat. I am by no means a professional but I have dabbled in model building a little

Cheech..I believe all the drawings are 1"=1'...Its a simple matter of making a copy of the drawing and cutting out the pieces...or you could cut out the pieces and glue them to some cardboard, modeling plywood or balsa wood...I drew out the parts in my CAD program and printed them out at 1"-1' then cut them out and built a model out of balsa.....

Cheech,
Last winter, it was too cold to build anything. I decided to build a simple model. I built it from the OB17 plans. I decided to use a 1" to 1' scale. Of course I had to estimate many of the finer measurements, but I enjoyed the process and had a good walkthrough of the plans and the building steps.
For my "model" I used common white poster board and clear packing tape. I did mine in one evening and really through it together. I was simply bored one evening. Building one out of model plane woods might be fun next winter.
Have fun with it. I thought it was very much worth the effort and it was fun!.
