I hate too much lobster while living on my boat: I go for scallops this week-end! :P

The viz is touch and go here. Just depends on the weather. I'm used to the Keys & up here the bugs are much bigger. Can't wait to get some.

Just got back from scalloping, but didn't see Jacques. Going again next weekend. I'm heading to the Keys the week after Labor Day (I grew up down there, so there's no problem getting my limit even after everyone else gets theres'). Then it's time to get my crab traps in the water for stone crab season. It's nice living in Florida :D

i miss that so much
no lobsters in lousiana, but i got a nice ling on my last dive.
when i was a kid i got behind a migration of spanish on a beach dive got three before they noticed me. when we got out to the first reef i ran a little six ft. grey nurse out of a depresion with my tickle stick before she hovered up all the bugs. my partner signaled be to the surface told me i was crazy and never went diving with me again. she just would not believe that we were not in danger from that shark at that time. i was talking to a friend who is still down there she says the first beach along pompino is gone, derged up to make beach for the condoes thats to bad.
