Yeah, I guess when I went to the store and saw what 1/4" looked and felt like in person I suddenly had visions of the sidewalls caving in....Hahahaha.

No worries, I will stick to the plans and I am sure all will be fine. Thanks again for your help

Once you’ve glued the butt blocks for the side panels don’t get alarmed when you pick them up, they will flop around and feel flimsy, but wait until it’s assembled; SUPER STRONG. On the longest section of side panel between frames, pushing firmly at the very top of the panel I can deflect it by about 10-15mm, come half way down the panel and it’s only a few mm and I haven’t got the rub rail on yet.
