Push Pole kits?
Are the push pole kits gonna be available anytime soon?

Not in the near future, we still have the larger diameter carbon sock in inventory, and it does not make sense to re-order until we sell most of it

Can a push pole be built just using fiberglass sleeves and no carbon fiber?
Would weight become an issue? If possible how many layers would be required?

sure, it would just be heavier.
Jacques proposed a good idea, we have plenty of uni-directional carbon fiber tape. The uni tape can be wrapped around the mandrel at an angle, two layers going opposite ways (makes a BIAX), or both layers wrapped length wise (then all the CF is in the warp, 0 degree) - then cover that with a layer of the biax sock to squeeze it all together. It would basically build the same thing as what we do with the sock.
