Thanks, I cut a piece of of 4inch PVC and got the shape I wanted then I used that as a mold. I started laying on the inside of the pipe with 6oz woven then several layers of 12oz biax. It was about 1/8" thick when I cut it out of the pipe. I taped it to the deck with 3 layers of 6oz biax tape.

That's a really nice touch. Do you happen to have pics of this process? Credit will be given if I steal your idea!

I sure don't but I will help you in anyway that I can. Biggest tip I can give you is buy the rigging boot first. I didnt Mine came out a little too small. I had to do some trimming on the boot flange to make it work. It turned out OK.
